Joshua Orr Obituary, Death – The identities of the two people who were slain in the horrific attack that took place on New Year’s Eve in Rochester, New York, have been revealed. During their final night together, Justina Hughes, 28, from Geneva, and Joshua Orr, 29, from Webster, attended a rock performance at the Kodak Center. This was their last night of their relationship. They had just left the event.

It was approximately 12:52 in the morning on New Year’s Day, and they were riding as passengers in an Uber that was departing the venue. On the other hand, just as the Mitsubishi was leaving the parking lot, a Ford SUV driven by a suspect named Michael Avery, who was 35 years old, collided with the Mitsubishi and then proceeded to drive into a crowd of pedestrians who were crossing the street.

Even before the hour had passed in the year 2024, the two concertgoers had already passed away. After a few hours, Avery succumbed to his injuries and passed away. Also brought to the hospital with injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening was the Uber driver.

In addition, at least nine pedestrians were hurt in the “intentional” collision, according to the Rochester Police Chief David Smith, who made the announcement on Tuesday. At least one of the victims has been left with injuries that are considered to be “life-altering,” while the remaining victims should make a full recovery.
